What each YouFibre package offers

YouFibre is a full-fibre (FTTP) provider — meaning the fibre cable runs directly into your home rather than stopping at a street cabinet. All packages deliver symmetrical speeds: the download and upload speeds are the same. This makes YouFibre particularly attractive for households with heavy upload needs — video calls, uploading large files, gaming, or streaming to platforms.

Which package should you choose?

Choose the package that suits your household's actual usage, not just the one with the highest reward. Here is a rough guide:

You 150 — £25 reward

Good for 1–2 users. Light streaming, browsing, and working from home. Sufficient for most single-person households.

You 500 — £50 reward

Suits a family or 3–4 users with multiple simultaneous streams and video calls. A significant step up from most FTTC connections.

You 1000 — £75 reward

1 Gbps symmetrical. Ideal for power users, large households, or anyone who uploads frequently. Future-proof for several years.

You 2000 and You 8000 — £75–£100 reward

Extremely high speeds for specialist needs — home studios, content creators, multiple 4K/8K streams, or small business use from home.

Note on the reward: Choosing a higher-speed package increases your referral reward, but the reward is a one-off payment. The monthly price difference between packages is likely to be more significant over the 12-month contract term. Choose based on what you need.

How to claim the referral reward

The reward is not something you apply for — it is processed automatically once two conditions are met:

  1. Your YouFibre service is installed and live.
  2. Your first bill has been paid.

After both conditions are met, YouFibre processes the reward within up to 60 days. Nothing further is required from you. If 60 days have passed since your first bill and the reward has not arrived, contact YouFibre customer support with your order reference.
