How to earn the reward when joining YouFibre

The reward is not something you apply for — it is processed automatically once the qualifying conditions are met. Here is what you need to do:

The referral scheme only applies to orders placed directly through YouFibre's website or telephone sales line. Orders via local sales agents do not qualify — even if you quote the code.

Choose a 12-month contract

Monthly rolling contracts do not qualify. Select a 12-month fixed-term contract to be eligible for the reward.

Get installed and pay your first bill

Once your YouFibre service is live and your first bill is paid, the reward is triggered automatically. Allow up to 60 days for it to be processed.

When is the reward paid?

The reward is processed after two conditions are both met:

  • Your YouFibre service has been installed and is live.
  • Your first bill has been paid.

After both conditions are satisfied, YouFibre processes the reward within up to 60 days. You do not need to do anything to trigger it — it is automatic once the conditions are met.
