What is the YouFibre referral scheme?
YouFibre operates a referral scheme that allows existing customers to share a unique referral code with friends, family, or anyone considering switching to YouFibre. When a new customer uses that code when placing their order, both the new customer and the person who shared the code may be eligible for a reward.
The scheme works with a code, not a tracking link. This means the code must be typed in manually during the ordering process — it is not captured automatically if you follow a link from somewhere. The code field appears during the online checkout or can be provided when ordering by phone.

Step by step: the full process
Here is how the scheme works from start to finish. Each step is important — the referral will not be applied if any of the key requirements are missed.

The new customer orders at youfibre.com or by phone
The person ordering (the new customer) must place their order directly through YouFibre's own website at youfibre.com, or by calling YouFibre's sales line. Orders placed via local sales agents or third-party resellers do not qualify for the referral scheme.
Enter code 7HZX5R during the order process
During the online checkout, there is a field to enter a referral code. Enter 7HZX5R in that field. If ordering by phone, tell the sales representative you have a referral code and provide it when asked. The code must be entered before the order is finalised.
Complete the order on a 12-month contract
When selecting the contract length, choose a 12-month contract. The referral scheme only applies to 12-month terms — not monthly rolling contracts. This is one of the key eligibility conditions.
Await installation and service go-live
YouFibre will confirm an installation date. Once the engineer has installed the service and it is active, the service is considered live. Installation timelines vary depending on your location and availability.
First bill is paid
After your first billing period, you will receive and pay your first bill. This is the trigger point for the referral reward — processing does not begin until the first bill is settled.
Reward is processed (allow up to 60 days)
YouFibre processes the referral reward after the first bill is paid. This can take up to 60 days. If the full 60 days have passed and the reward has not arrived, contact YouFibre customer support with your order reference.
Important restrictions
The following conditions must all be met for the referral to qualify. If any one of them is not satisfied, the referral reward will not be applied.
- New customer only: The person ordering must be new to YouFibre and must not have held a YouFibre account previously.
- 12-month contract required: The order must be placed on a 12-month contract term. Monthly rolling contracts do not qualify.
- Code entered at point of order: The referral code must be entered during the checkout process. It cannot be added, modified, or applied after the order has been submitted.
- Online or phone ordering only: Orders must be placed directly through youfibre.com or by calling YouFibre. Local sales agent orders are excluded.
- Service must be installed and first bill paid: The reward is not triggered until both conditions are met. Cancelling before installation or before the first bill is paid will void the referral.
