What changed about the YouFibre referral programme?
In March 2026, YouFibre replaced its Aklamio link-based referral system with a direct code-based scheme. Previously, existing customers shared personalised tracking links via the Aklamio platform — clicking the link would automatically register the referral. Under the new system, existing customers share a referral code instead, and new customers enter it manually at checkout on youfibre.com or by phone.

Does YouFibre still use Aklamio for referrals?
No. YouFibre switched away from Aklamio in March 2026. The Aklamio portal is no longer supported for new YouFibre referrals. If you previously shared an Aklamio referral link, it will not generate a reward for any new sign-ups made from this point forward.
The current scheme is entirely code-based. Referral codes — such as 7HZX5R — are entered manually at checkout. There is no tracking link involved.
My friend sent me a YouFibre referral link — will it still work?
No. YouFibre referral links (previously issued via Aklamio) stopped working in March 2026 when YouFibre switched to a code-based system. Clicking an old referral link will not register a referral, and no reward will be generated.
Your friend will need to share their referral code instead — a short alphanumeric code found in the YouFibre app, My Account portal, or welcome email. You enter it manually at checkout. If you need a code to use right now, you can use 7HZX5R when ordering online at youfibre.com or by phone.
What is the YouFibre referral scheme?

Can I add the code after placing my order?
No. The referral code must be entered at the point of ordering. Once your order has been submitted, it is not possible to add, change, or apply a referral code to it.
If you placed an order without entering the code and would like to check whether anything can be done, you should contact YouFibre's customer support directly — but it is generally not possible to apply the code retrospectively.
Where can I use the referral code?
The referral code can be used in two ways:
- Online: at youfibre.com during the checkout process.
- By phone: when placing an order with YouFibre's sales team over the phone.
It cannot be used via local sales agents or at any point after the order has been submitted.
Can I use the code if ordering through a local sales agent?
No. YouFibre's referral scheme does not apply to orders placed through local sales agents or door-to-door representatives. Even if you quote the referral code to the agent, it will not be applied to the order under the scheme's terms.
If a local agent approaches you, and you want to use a referral code, you would need to complete the order directly through YouFibre's website or by calling YouFibre yourself instead.
Does the code work on monthly rolling contracts?
No. The YouFibre referral scheme applies to 12-month fixed-term contracts only. If you choose a monthly rolling contract when ordering, the referral code will not qualify for the reward scheme, even if the code was correctly entered during checkout.
If you want the referral to count, make sure you select a 12-month contract when placing your order.
Do I need to be a new YouFibre customer?
Yes. The YouFibre referral scheme is for new customers only. If you have previously had YouFibre broadband — at any address, or even if you cancelled before the service went live — you may not qualify as a new customer.
If you are unsure whether a previous interaction with YouFibre counts, contact YouFibre directly to confirm before placing an order with a referral code.
How much is the referral reward?
The reward amount is not fixed — it varies depending on which YouFibre package the new customer chooses. Higher-speed packages may attract a higher reward value.
Because reward values can also change over time, this site does not quote specific amounts. Check YouFibre's own website for the current reward values before ordering.
When do I receive the reward?
The reward is processed after two conditions are both met:
- Your YouFibre service has been installed.
- Your first bill has been paid.
After both conditions are met, YouFibre processes the reward — and this can take up to 60 days from the date the first bill was paid. Allow the full 60 days before querying a missing reward.
What if my referral reward hasn't arrived?
If your referral reward has not appeared, first check the following:
- Was the code entered during the original order (not afterwards)?
- Was the order placed online or by phone — not via a local agent?
- Was a 12-month contract chosen?
- Is the customer new to YouFibre?
- Has the service been installed and the first bill paid?
- Have 60 days elapsed since the first bill was paid?
If all of the above are satisfied and the reward has still not arrived, contact YouFibre's customer support team with your order reference and account details. This site cannot investigate or resolve reward queries.
Is there a limit on how many people can use a referral code?
No. There is no limit on the number of eligible new customers who can use a referral code. Each qualifying order generates a separate referral reward, and the same code can be used by multiple people.
Can I use multiple referral codes on one order?
No. Only one referral code can be applied per order. If you enter more than one code, only one will apply — or the field may only accept a single entry.
